We believe in connecting People, Property and Markets worldwide in a far more efficient, intelligent, and cost-effective manner. Period. That is why we created GLOBAL LISTINGS. The company operates 3 business units on a worldwide basis:

• MARKETPLACES - We operate a global consumer-facing Listings Enginethat hosts, promotes and syndicates millions of properties (of all categories) each month to our local and international audiences, along with the industry’s first Global Listings Service (GLS), designed for real estate professionals worldwide.
• CLOUD SERVICES - The company licenses its underlying platform infrastructure as a SaaS offering to enterprise real estate clients worldwide, enabling them to create their own customized, private-label listings marketplaces.
• DATA SERVICES - We license and syndicate all categories of listings data on a global scale via customized API data feeds.

GLOBAL LISTINGS was founded in 2017 by Michael Gerrity and is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of WORLD PROPERTY MARKETS with offices in Miami, Fl and Irvine, Ca.
