This beautiful freehold boutique resort is located on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Total land size = 5.8 rai / 9,280m2 (1 rai = 1,600m2) Land title = chanote (freehold) all properties come with their own registration books (tabian baans) & building permits in the name of our limited company. The open air structure/bar area which was previously used for wedding receptions is 72m2 in size. The 3 bedroom villas are set in separate private grounds with a lush tropical garden, stream, carp pond and a large car port for car / motorbike parking. The garden bungalows have a combined open-plan living and sleeping area with air conditioning. The bathrooms are large and have an open-air shower. These spaciously laid out bungalows provide modern furnishings with double front doors that open out onto the front patio. The bungalows are set in separate grounds and provide tropical garden views.
