There are three water features throughout the home and the upper level swimming pool cascades into a weir on the lower deck. The electrical system is powered off the local grid with an underground 3 phase high voltage feed and is supplemented with a back-up 38 KvA power diesel generator.

Located on Phuket's East coast, it sits just 15 minutes from the Phuket International Airport and an international school as well as sports club, 30 minutes to Phuket town center, 10 minutes to many surrounding golf courses and the Ao Por Marina and, 25 minutes to many of Phuket's most famous beaches.
