Purchased as a ruin in 2005, it was lovingly restored over six years, carefully preserving its original features with the help of the city architect. Every door and window was custom-made in Europe to match the original design, offering modern security with burglarproof and bullet-resistant glass, along with sound insulation for a quiet retreat.
