Located just outside of Rexton (walkable) and 40 minutes from the Mackinac Bridge, this camp is just a stone's throw to the ATV/snowmobile trails and 1000s of acres of state land. The newer 6' well has a hand pump with great pressure but has never been hooked up to the trailer (it is plumbed). All furnishings stay in the trailer as well as the riding lawn mower. There is one very quiet neighbor, but overall the property is secluded and private - the only noise you will hear occasionally is from passing ATVs in summer and snowmobiles in winter! Electric is on-site.
