Association covers just about everything! Resort runs May through Oct. However, feel free to use in the off months! There will just be no running water in the off months. Oversized garage stall (11x48), big enough for 2 cars, or a lot of beach toys/fishing gear/boat. Just an hour and a half north of the Twin Cities. Come to the lake and play/swim/boat/fish!
