It is also close to shops with many local craft items. Nearby restaurants often feature live music and local bands. There is a well included with the acreage (there are no water bills). The kitchen has RO water and includes a new dishwasher, plus all appliances. New sinks and toilets have been installed in both bathrooms. Double insulation results in lower power bills. OPEN HOUSE is 2-5:30pm each Sunday in August and September, 2024.
