Birch Shadows is a boat accessible home with 2 guest cottages and boathouse. It is just a short ride from the landing where you park to your boathouse on the lake. The camp is powered by solar and generator. Dish TV and Hughes Net are installed to provide 21st century technology. The Main camp has a lovely deck across the front for dining al fresco or sit in the living/dining room with it's stone fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. There are two bedroom ensuites, an office or sitting room and full kitchen. The Playhouse is a 1 bedroom guest house with attached bathroom and living room. The Outback house is a one bath, 4 bedroom sleeping cottage. Everything is in excellent condition and the decorating bring s the flavor of the Adirondacks into every room. The two slip boathouse has a studio room above and there is plenty of dock space. The Forest Lodge Clubhouse is just a short walk through the woods where members and their guests gather for meals, and a variety of club amenities and activities. Buyer must be a member of the club before purchasing and there are no mortgages allowed on the properties.
