This fully furnished lake house comes ready for it's new owner with a shop full of tools, generators, Kubota tractor, 2 Honda 4wheelers, and a flat bottom jet boat. Important Note: You can not drive a vehicle to this cabin. There is no road access. Summer access is by jetboat across the Tsirku River, or float plane. Winter access is via snowmachine. No vehicle access to Chilkat Lake.
