The house is located just over the town line in Thornton on Route 175.On the other side of Rte 175 through the trees is the back side of Owls Nest Resort. Tenants that were in the house were hard on the septic, as a result owners had to have septic pumped twice a year. Between that and the water shed from the road, the septic while working is in poor shape and will likely need replacement in near future. They also did not use fan in the bath so there are black spots on the ceiling. Price is reflective of work still needed.
