Description
When thinking of writing these remarks I couldn't help returning to the notes that the seller sent me. These are the words straight from the seller and they couldn't be more accurate and well worth the read for this phenomenal property: There is a well located in the woodshed - it was used for the home until water mains were put in. It was tied in to the water spigots located throughout the yard and with a a new pump could be reconnected. A seasonal branch of Richardson Creek runs through the property - Man, a lot of good memories playing in that creek.... There is a large fenced garden area and likely some things still growing in there. A little tiller work and you will have a garden growing in no time. There are several apple trees on the property as well as pears and Asian pears. Peach plum and more apples down by the shed. A large fig tree and two areas where table grapes are grown and they are fantastic. There are a few varieties mixed in there and they should be ready soon. There are also blueberries and blackberries... Spring will be amazing after all the clearing work, there will be daffodils, tulips, crocus, iris, crocosmia and all kinds of other surprises! There are all sorts of roses, fuchsia and rhododendrons. There are also clematis. Dad was a master gardener and spent almost fifty years planting flowers all over the place. If the new owners like birds fill up the feeders and watch the show! My dad would feed them and the yard would come alive with every kind of bird you can think of. Resident bobwhite quail, squirrels and bunnies will run around the yard with an occasional deer. Dad actually raised and released bobwhite quail and the birds could be some of his. Sharpshinned hawks come in occasionally to chase the birds and red-tailed hawks nest up on the hill, and you can hear the calls during the day. You will also hear coyotes and owls in the evening. The roof is less than 2 years old and septic system was replaced a few years ago, along with the water heater. Truly a loved property!!!For more details:
