The main house is built with solid stone walls, and integrating structures and elements of Zapote wood from the region, all the doors and shutter windows have been made with Cedar wood. it is finished off in the main room by a thick thatched palapa, which combined with the breeze from the lagoon creates an incredibly cool environment, making artificial conditioning unnecessary. inside you will find on the ground floor a living room with a ceramic floor, from where it is distributed for the kitchen which has an island in the center and a dining room for 10 people. White painted cedar drawers, stove, refrigerator, glass sets, crockery, tablecloths and plate and all accessories for pots and pans necessary to serve a large group of people.
On the other hand, there is access to a hall that leads to two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, another bedroom with its own bathroom and a half bathroom.
