The brand new kitchen has a state-of-the-art induction cooktop, powerful venthood, cool brushed-gold faucet and hardware, under mount sink, ultra-quiet Bosch dishwasher, quartz countertops, microwave, convection oven, coffee pot, and all dishes, pots/pans, etc needed to cook gourmet meals!The bathroom has a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, separate room with toilet and shower, quartz countertops with double sinks, lots of storage, and cool mid century tile floor and wallpaper.LThis suite is part of our 4 bd/3ba home, it was an addition thus the separate central H/AC. It has a double wall between it and the rest of the house so its a very quiet room, and there are no pets or children in the home. This suite will not have access to the rest of the house and visa versa. Its on a quiet, dead end street, most of the neighbors are retired. Our daughters are nurses, one is an NP here in Texarkana, the other is an RN in Austin. We decided to add a kitchen and w/d to make this unused room available when they told us about the need for safe rooming for traveling nurses. Traveling Nurses and Medical staff: 5-10 minute drive to hospitals-our location has super quick and easy access to Christus St Michael Hospital and Wadley. To Christus St Michael: After leaving the neighborhood (two blocks) there are no stop signs or stoplights. Access roads provide a non-stop drive, including a loop-around that leads straight to the hospital parking lot, about 5 minutes. The drive home will have no stop signs/lights whatsoever, a 4 minute trip. Wadley Hospital is an easy 10 minute drive.This is a lovely, spacious area that will be a pleasure to live in!
