Hi! Im a student at Pitt. There are 4 of us, youd be taking my room and fully paying rent (which is $490 each month not including utilities which will probably be between $50-$60 a month) and the security deposit of $490.All of the girls are full-time Pitt students so we want someone who is also a student. The house has a large porch, front yard, central AC, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry/dryer in house, and a shared backyard/patio space. There is street parking if you plan to bring a car. The rooms are not furnished and so you would need to bring/buy your own furniture. My room fits a full size bed (can definitely fit a queen), large dresser, large desk, has one big window, tile floor, and large closet with 2 built in storage racks and hanging space.Since there are only two bathrooms, you would be sharing one of them with another girl.
