HB1 is one side of a warmly converted horsebarn duplex. 2 private entrances, lovely outside deck with your own BBQ, interesting decorting. HB1 is on a small working farm, a peaceful farm. Enjoy sitting outside and enjoying your morning coffee on the deck watching the ducks swim on the 3 acre pond, or take stroll around the pond or the acres of pastures. Night sky is wonderful without street lights, but there are motion sensor lights from the parking to the entrance for safety.Utilities are included but there is a very reasonable maximum. Pets are considered on a case by case basis, but if approved must be walked on the upper pasture only and on a leash.
