Plus enjoy the upper bedroom balcony for a wonderful bit of fresh country air. Or the downstairs deck with its on BBQ grill. Large, working stone fireplace we encourage tenants to use, separate dining room. Definitely a one of a kind home. It is a home not recommended for small children, nor someone who has trouble with steep steps. Pets will be considered on a one on one basis, and if approved must be walked in the upper pasture on a leash. Additional pet deposit will be required if approved. Furnishings and utilities are included in the price. However, there will be an addendum for utilities so they do not exceed a maximum price. No housekeeping is included.
