It is VERY important to keep ALL NOISE LEVELS DOWN. No loud music as it easily travels around the cul-de-sac.Absolutely no loud noise after 10pm.If you are having some sort of celebration and need a home where you can party, play music or make a lot of noise, this is NOT the home for you.2 Small-to-Midsize Vehicle Parking Space is reserved in the garage. 2 more cars comfortably fit in the driveway. This property does not allow street parking so the property does not hold more than 4 cars.This home has a Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Keurig, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups Utensils.
