Roommates are two friends- a software developer and an architectural designer and are both males in their mid-20s. We like to keep things reasonably tidy, and can live independently, but enjoy hanging out as roommates every so often. Our personalities are relaxed and like to keep things lighthearted, friendly and humorous, and hope to find a third that can mesh with us well. Utilities are split evenly, and are between $35-60 total per month for gas/electric and about $60 total/month for wifi/internet. The MBTA 60 Bus is right around the corner and there is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Green D line (Brookline Hills or Brookline Village depending on which road you take). About 5 min walk to multiple parks nearby, and a ball field right outside.
