Pets allowed with prior approval and a 300$ non refundable pet fee per pet and an additional 25$ per pet monthly rent payment. Applicants apply online. Non refundable application fee of 50$ per applicant. Move in requirements: First months rent and security deposit. Tenants will be required to carry renters insurance. Tenants will have their utilities billed through the portal along with their rent. (40$ set up fee and 11.99 monthly administrative fee in addition to usage costs). Tenants are responsible for fees in addition to rent such as pest control service fee (40$/month). Other optional monthly fees may include trash pick up and lawn service.
