Homestay Female Household. 2 rooms available for rent in the walk-in basement. 1 big room with walk in closet and  small room. Both rooms are furnished with beds, drawers, tv, and desk. 2 rooms share a bathroom and have access to laundry room as well. Microwave and fridge is provided in the basement.  The price is not included food. If you would like breakfast and dinner provided, it will increase $250. Please email/text me for more details We are 3 mins away from Walmart/Food Lion/JJ market, 5mins away from I-95, 13mins from Potomac Mills Mall. I would prefer a non-smoker, female, college student, no pets, and someone that wouldn't be bothersome.  Price is included all utilities, wifi and water.
