Land for sale on one of the main Highways in Bulgaria - 'Maritza',, connecting Bulgaria with Turkey. The plot is near the border with Turkey (at 6km distance). It is designated for a petrol/gas station. Envisaged in the development plan of the land is a motel, restaurant and parking area. The land is the only available plot on the newly constructed Maritsa highway after Svilengrad (for the last 3kms) to the main border into Turkey, which has been approved for development as a petrol station.
