Sometimes you may be lucky enough to have it to yourself if the other room remains vacant.Guests who are bringing their laptop may access Wifi in our home 24/7. If you are not bringing your laptop, you may use the internet cabin that is a short 2 minute walk from our home.It is best to click on the "Amenities" tab so you know just exactly what we do and do not offer.Interaction with GuestsWe offer basic accomodations at very reasonable rates for our guests who are looking for a safe place to shower and sleep so that they may spend the rest of their time getting to know Lima. We do our very best to give you a warm welcome and make you feel comfortable in our home during your stay.We are in and out of our home on a regular basis but Antonio is very good about checking in on guests often to make sure your stay is going well and to ask if there are any questions. If there is anything we forget or don't think about, please do not hesitate to ask!The NeighborhoodWe live in a safe neighborhood called Barrio Medico. It is located right on the border of the Miraflores/Surquillo District. We are closest to Angamos and Tomas Marsano (cuadra 17 Angamos) and Piedra Y Bologna and Tomas Marsano (cuadra 9 Piedra y Bologna).Staying with us you will experience two worlds. One of locals enjoying the same malls, shops, markets, parks and walks that we do and the other being close enough to enjoy many tourist areas as well.THE HEART OF MIRAFLORES (PARQUE KENNEDY) IS A 25 MINUTE WALK FROM OUR HOME. If you do not like to walk, it is only about a 5 minute taxi ride away for about 6-7 Peruvian soles which is less than 2 Euros or $2.50 USD, VERY CHEAP :)Barranco is about a 10 minute taxi ride and Central Lima is about 20-25 minutes. If you are not in a hurry and want to save money, there is always the option of taking a bus too :)SAN ISIDRO and SAN BORJA are to the northMIRAFLORES is to the south and westSURCO is to the eastGetting aroundTaxi's are easily accessible right outside our front door and the nearest bus stop is about a 5 minute walk from our home.For your convenience, we do offer transportation from the airport for a fee. Please inquire.Other Things to NoteWe have 24 hour check in , however, please take note of our set check in/check out times and estrategia your stay accordingly.Check IN is at 1pm or after. **If you wish to check in at an earlier time, you will need to pay for an extra night to guarantee that the room is available for you.Check OUT is at 12pm/noon SHARP or before.Last but not least, we have a cat and small dog that stay OUTSIDE.
