There is a double bed in one bedroom, whilst the other bedroom is equipped with two separate beds (200x90 cm), plus the additional, but normal size (200x90) third bed in the drawer of one of them. There are built-in closets in both bedrooms, in order to make the most of the available space. Living room is connected with kitchen and dining room, so the whole area would have a balcony view. Balcony is approached from the living room, and it is facing south-east, which makes it pleasant to sit there and enjoy the sea view, especially in the afternoon. There is one bathroom.

As you can see from the photos, the apartment is located in the heart of the village (in the village there is one grocery store, a pharmacy, hairdresser, beauty salon, a restaurant and 2 caffes) and at the same time it is located directly on the beach. The only thing between the apartment and the beach is a local road going through the village as well as a small public parking area. The good thing about such location is not only immediate vicinity of the beach and the sea view, but also the fact that there is no chance someone would build another building in front of the apartment in the future and block that view. All of the apartment's windows as well as the balcony are oriented towards the sea.

ABOUT THE AREA

ika, a traditional fishing village, surprises its visitors with a beach coloured with the special Mediterranean atmosphere. A narrow pebbly strip located between the sea and the coastal promenade and crossed by a pier connects century-old images and sounds €" the striking of waves on a boat€TM bow, the shriek of a seagull rising towards the sun €" with the modern catering choice just a few steps away. Bathing in ika€TM springs, sources of the underground flow of mountain water, which are also used for the storage of crates of expensive local wines, is a special feature. Continuing along the coastal path there is the little beach next to the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, which the students and fans of a break far from the crowds gladly visit.

KVARNER

Sheltered by soaring mountains, the Kvarner Gulf has long been loved by visitors attracted to the mild climate and cobalt waters, and those in search of more than just beach appeal. in the days of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the wealthy built holiday homes here, bestowing places like Rijeka and Opatija with a rich legacy of stately Habsburg-era architecture. From both of these neighbouring towns you can easily connect to hiking trails inside the protected forests of Uka Nature Park and Risnjak National Park.
