Spacious 1 bed 1.5 bath apartment with a huge balcony and in-unit laundry room. The unit has a ton of cabinets and closet space for storage. The tenant would have access to all of the apartment buildings amenities including the gym, pool/hot tub, virtual golf room, movie room, steam room, garden deck, grills, etc. Aside from the beautiful amenities, my favorite part about living here is that the building is located 20 feet away from a King Soopers (grocery store) and you can roll a grocery cart all the way from the store, up the elevator into the unit (you just have to return the cart to the store eventually). Traffic depending... it takes me 15 minutes to get downtown, 10 minutes to DTC, 25 minutes to the airport. The rent is $2,142 plus $60 for a parking space plus utilities, which normally costs ~$80. It is truly a steal for the amount of space and the amenities. Great restaurants and parks in the area (Englewood).
