I am moving for a new job and am looking to sublet my one bedroom with a private attached bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared. Floor plans and amenities can be found on Breezewood Apartments website (Two Bedroom, Two Bath). Some features: -In-unit washer and dryer -Patio with sliding glass doors -Dishwasher-Community pool fitness center on site-5 minutes from I-95 ramp; 7 minutes from Southpoint Plaza shopping centerThe lease would encompass July 1st, 2021 - April 5th, 2022; however, I can be flexible with the move-in date at the end of June - beginning of July. Individual rent is $653 per month (includes trash and water). Electricity is billed separately (approximately $25/person). WiFi can be split if desired. Parking is free. Roommate is a working professional at a school nearby. She has a shy terrier mix dog that spends some time in her room and some time at another location. people sublet preferred.
