Willing to also leave internet router so you dont have to pay hardware fees. Maintenance and professional cleaners will come through before move in.Pet owners:- Cats Maximum of two cats per apartment allowed. Additional Rent Fee: $20 per pet- Dogs Maximum of two dogs per apartment allowed.
