AFFORDABLE RENT: Our rent rates are starting from $160 to $175 weekly (depends on the size of the room). WHATS INCLUDED? Free cable. Free Wireless High Speed internet connection. It makes it predominantly student residential area. For that reason, there are UB Public Safety Officers patrol the area on the regular basis and passing by the house at least every 20 minutes. Our building is centrally located near restaurants, downtown major highways (Easy access to I-95 Route 8). Walk 5 min to beach park. Currently 2 rooms are occupied with well mannered, polite and respectful single professionals (male female) in late 20s and mid 30s. Everyone is busy working during the week and out on the weekends, therefore you will hardly see anyone at all. REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for SINGLE clean, quiet, nice, and respectful professional to share this place. (SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY).
