The complex has many amenities such as two pools, gym, resident lounging, and study rooms with computers and a printer. Rent is $759 UTILITIES INCLUDED! Pets are allowed, parking on site, and gated entrances. A great place for students at KSU to live for fairly cheap. I am only backing out of the lease because I needed new living arrangements for personal reasons, nothing against Uclub. If you are looking for cheap student living consider taking over my lease here!
