Please note that I am the current tenant, not the landlord. I am looking for someone who would want to start a lease here, so I can get out of my lease early for work. The apartment is at Maiden Square Apartments in Washington PA on East Maiden StreetYou can buy all my furniture(literally everything shown in the pictures) for $800, or I can get rid of it before hand.Management will have the apartment(including carpet) professionally cleaned, and any repairs made to make it move-in ready, even if you buy the furniture as well.Rent is $720 per month due the 5th of each month, all utilities except electric included. $15 of that rent is for an optional registered parking spot(I have the spot in front of the apartment, which you could take over if you choose).The entryway, bathroom, and kitchen is all hardwood floor. Everywhere else is carpet. All the flooring was completely redone(carpet and the hardwood floor) the end of 2018. The cabinets and countertops in the kitchen were new when I moved in as well. There are a few holes/scuffs in the walls from moving furniture/etc that my landlord said will be patched and painted before the new tenant moves in as well.Cute galley style kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. You can have most of my pots/pans/baking/cooking utensils/plates as well.Bedroom has a huge walk in closet. Between the bedroom closet, the huge closet by the entryway, and the shelves above the water tank, this place has a TON of storage.Outside you have your parking spot, 7 steps up to your front door, and a big patio(will come with a couple wicker chairs and a charcoal grill, I dont want to put pictures that would identify my specific apartment in this public post, but that is available upon request).These apartments are SUPER quiet. It is all cement between the walls, the only time I ever hear neighbors is I can faintly hear their shower running if I am in the bathroom, or I can hear the upstairs neighbors slam their door if I am by the bedroom window.The couple random issues Ive ever had, Ive always gotten a response within the day and a repair within a day or two. They salt up to your door every winter, the parking lots are always maintained in the snow. There are 2 laundry rooms with plenty of washers and dryers, and 2 laundromats within a mile of here.Convenient location as well. Right across the street from Washington Park and pool, within 10 minutes from Walmart/Target/ a bunch of restaurants and stores. Theres a couple gas stations right down the road that are open all night as well.In my two year experience this has been a GREAT and well priced apartment with excellent communication between management(landlord and maintenance lives on site and always responds), and I am grateful for how safe and quiet it has been.
