WAIT LIST - One Bedroom - We are currently on a small waitlist of approximately 90 days for the one bedroom garden apartment home. Please contact us at 740-983-1991 (ext. 2) for more details on availability. To be placed onto our wait list you will need to complete an online application and go thru the approval process. Please note that anyone 18 years of age or older will need to fill out an application as they will be required to go on lease. The community offers: Three stocked ponds which we allow fishing out of (catch and release only please) A fitness center that is available for your use 24 hours a day Swimming pool We are a pet friendly community and your furry friends are certainly welcome with an additional deposit and fee. There are breed restrictions so please inquire with staff for a list of restricted breeds Please note that second floor apartments have weight restrictions for dogs - maximum projected full grown weight cannot exceed 49 #. The maximum weight limit is 85# FULL GROWN for first floor apartment homes.
