The neighborhood has a community garden and several public parks. This house is also directly across the street from the Five Points Market, and next to the St Vincent de Paul Thrift Store. The apartment has a mini-split air conditioner/heater, which provides silent and efficient climate control year round. It also utilizes an electric tankless water heater to keep utility costs low.
