Within this application you will be able to specify what property you are applying for and what agent assisted you. This is for all rental applications including application submissions for associations. When starting the application the system will prompt for application fee of $75.00. This can be paid by debit, credit, or e-check. The applications fee is $75.00 per person 18 and up. All occupants much complete an application. The applications fee is non-refundable when submission is made. We present all applications within a 48hr period, including non-business days and holiday delays. We have not control over when apps are received. Therefore please be certain to understand additional applications may be considered. Although we are normally are very prompt on processing applications, contact for approvals may not be received until the following business day. Only fully submitted and completed applications will be approved for processing. This includes, drivers license, income verification, vet records, letters of reference and/or explanation. Letters of explanation are recommended for applications that are less then perfect. These documents are attachable to the application and we suggest you have all attachments ready so that the application platform does not time out.
