We typically rent by semester but have other options if you\'re interested in those as well. Our lowest price is our 1 year lease which is only $400 a month, all utilities included! Pricing Lease Options: Refundable Security Deposit - $150 Non-Refundable Lease Initiation Fee - $250 Twelve Month Lease - $400 a month Ten Month (Two Semester) Lease - 10 monthly payments of $425 or 2 upfront payments of $2,125 Six Month Lease - $410 per month Five Month (One Semester) Lease - 5 monthly payments of $475 or 1 upfront payment of $2,375 Approved Short Term Lease - $525 per month Your rent includes water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, and internet.
