( we split everything 50/50 ) the room has tv, closet and AC included ( if you have your own stuff no problem. )Kitchen is available, the laundry is just in front to the apartment you just need to cross the street thats it, there is another one in the corner and others on the same block. we have many restaurants in the area, supermarkets, deli, target, home goods, Tjmaxx, home depot, bjs, and many more, We are 2 women and a guy between 30s and 40s we all work and we are people who respect each others privacy. l know living in New York can be a bit stressful so we love to have a stable environment, with no drama. We speak and English and our priority at this time is to respect our inner peace. And of course we want to hear from you. Please take your time to answer this questions:Have you ever had any difficulty paying the rent on time? ...Do your friends come over often? Whats your typical schedule? ...Do you smoke?.. ( if you do there is a balcony) How often do you clean?Do you have any religion or believes? (we are very open mind and receptive) Two or three personal references I can contact.Reference from a former landlord if you have.Are you ok if I check criminal record?
